性別議題一直具有相當複雜的面貌,尤其在加速社會的現代性情境,城鄉區隔、移動遷徙、全球資本流動以及網際網路無線連結的當代社會情境中,更隨著不同文化脈絡及社會結構的鑲嵌,其多元性與變化性更甚以往。據此,本次營隊邀請相關領域學者,從不同角度探討近代性別議題與人類學之相互遭遇、辯詰及對話,並深入性別認同、性別政治與同志運動、國家形構之間的關聯,非常規性別主體的打造、論述及體現,同性戀正典化,族群與性別的交織與互動等各項主題。營隊研習之內容將環繞「人.性」於社會體系、實踐與象徵符號與資源的各個面向展開其探討,並且反思相關現象與理論的限制,進而思考新的可能性與研究取徑。

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Proposal submissions are called for the International Conference on Gender, Language and Education (ICGLE). ICGLE seeks to bring together academics, researchers, community leaders, policymakers, education practitioners and research postgraduate students from the worldwide community to explore equality and diversity issues in language and education through a gendered lens. Since gender inequalities have been the focus of heated debate around the world, the ICGLE aims to call for collaborative action to address systemic (gender) inequalities, particularly in the Asian context.

Germany adopts intersex identity into law
Intersex people in Germany can now legally identify themselves as such under a new law adopted in December.
People who do not fit the biological definition of male or female can now choose the category "diverse" on official documents.

我的身體。我的故事
我們的身體訴說著我們的故事,我們的家鄉,我們的經歷,以及我們喜歡的外表。身體也訴說著我們的性/別、種族和更多其他的。這個展覽的作品來自於一個正在進行的學術及社區項目--「自身,自別:青少年如何看自己的身體與性別」(由香港浸會大學創意學院資助),研究團隊邀請了30位香港李寶椿聯合世界書院及佛教筏可紀念中學的同學參與藝術探索工作坊。參與者都是15-18歲、有不同種族背景的青少年。在工作坊裡,同學首先把自己的身體勾勒在一張空白的大畫紙上,然後用自身的反思填滿自己的「身體」。這裡我們重現了同學的作品,邀請各位細心聆聽青少年的身體故事。
